ACCEPTANCE

By downloading or using the Rozgar Esports app or website ("Platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.
• You must not use the Platform from any state or territory where paid skill-based gaming is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
• One account per person, per Gmail address and per phone. Temporary or disposable emails are not accepted.

THE SERVICE

• Rozgar Esports organises skill-based Free Fire custom tournaments (BGMI coming soon). We are not affiliated with KRAFTON, Garena or Google.
• Match schedules, entry fees, slots and prizes are shown in the app before you join.

COINS & PAYMENTS

• Coins are a platform credit.
• Purchased, welcome and referral coins can be used for entries but cannot be withdrawn.
• Only verified tournament and lucky-draw winnings can be withdrawn to your UPI, subject to a minimum amount, verification and applicable taxes (including TDS where required by law).
• Coins have no value outside the Platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.

FAIR PLAY

• Emulators, rooted/modified devices, hacks, mods, teaming, collusion, multiple accounts and bug exploits are prohibited.
• We may suspend or ban accounts, cancel results and forfeit winnings obtained through any violation. See the Fair Play Rules.

RESULTS

• Results are verified by our team. Our decision after review is final.
• Disputes must be raised in the app within the stated window with evidence.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may delete your account from the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

LIABILITY

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by game server issues, network problems, device failures or events beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount of entry fees you paid in the related match.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disclaimer

Rozgar Esports is a skill-based esports tournament platform. Match outcomes depend on each player's gaming skill, strategy and performance — not on chance.

• Only players aged 18+ may participate. Participation may be restricted in states where paid skill-gaming is not permitted; you are responsible for complying with the laws of your state.
• Rozgar Esports is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by KRAFTON (BGMI), Garena (Free Fire) or Google. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• Coins are a platform credit. Purchased, welcome and referral coins are not withdrawable. Only verified tournament and lucky-draw winnings can be withdrawn to your UPI, subject to verification and applicable taxes (including TDS where required by law).
• Entry fees are non-refundable if you leave voluntarily. Cancelled matches are refunded in full.
• Rozgar Esports is not responsible for in-game server issues, network problems or device failures on the player's side.
• Fair play is mandatory. Accounts found cheating, using emulators/hacks or operating multiple accounts are banned and their winnings forfeited.
• Play responsibly. Esports should be fun and rewarding — never spend money you cannot afford.
